AILOL.GOLD is a community-driven platform where users share AI-generated content, including prompts and responses from various Large Language Models (LLMs). The Platform allows users to create, vote on, comment on, and bookmark AI interactions.

You must create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or other conduct we deem harmful to the Platform or other users.

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create and post on the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.

4.2 Content Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
• Contains explicit sexual content or violence
• Promotes illegal activities or self-harm
• Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Impersonates another person or entity

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may use automated systems and human moderators to review content.

5.1 Third-Party LLM Providers

AI responses are generated by third-party LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek). We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

5.2 No Professional Advice

AI-generated content on the Platform is for informational and entertainment purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.). Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

5.3 Prompt Sharing

When you submit a prompt to generate AI content, your prompt may be sent to third-party LLM providers. Do not include sensitive, confidential, or personal information in your prompts.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Manipulate voting, engagement, or ranking systems
• Spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activity
• Collect user data without consent
• Reverse engineer or decompile the Platform

The Platform, including its design, code, logos, and trademarks, is owned by AILOL.GOLD and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8.1 "As Is" Service

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AILOL.GOLD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Third-party conduct or content on the Platform
• AI-generated content accuracy or reliability

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AILOL.GOLD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Germany. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
